Yoga is the physical, mental and spiritual practice of stilling the mind. Bring your mat and a bottle of water, and come practice with fellow Lion alumni and friends. All experience levels are welcome.
Dominic completed his 200-hour training at Down Under Yoga. His teaching focuses on achieving freedom of movement and calming of the mind through a slow vinyasa flow. He continues to be influenced by teachers from the Iyengar-style of yoga, and will therefore invite the use of props to explore poses more deeply.
