Celebrate Summer with the CAAB at the SHYC!

Join us for a relaxing gathering at the Savin Hill Yacht Club (SHYC).  Founded in 1875, the Savin Hill Yacht Club boasts a rich history dating back to its origins as the Savin Hill Beach Association. Its name reflects the area's natural beauty, bestowed by Joseph Tuttle, who ran a summer hotel and took inspiration from the red cedars that once graced the scenic hill.

Nestled on Fox Point in Dorchester Bay, SHYC enjoys a prime location. Situated south of Columbia Point and west of Thompson Island, the club offers breathtaking open-water views.  Imagine watching sailboats glide across the water while enjoying the tranquility of a shared cove with the University of Massachusetts at Boston.

Reaching the club is a breeze. Public transportation is readily available, with the Savin Hill and JFK/UMass Boston T stops nearby.  For those who drive, free parking is available at the club itself.

Please note that there will be a cash bar available, but no food will be provided.

You are more than welcome to bring your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy throughout the evening.

To get us started, your host (Tin) will make available some refreshing mixed drinks for everyone to share.  Feel free to come as you are and make yourself at home!
