Softball 2019 Begins

Welcome to a new season of Columbia/Penn alumni softball! The schedule for the first half of the season is out: 
May 31 vs. Cornell @ Brookline Ave
June 7 vs. Stanford/Yale @ Brookline Ave
June 14 vs. Brown/U Chicago @ Amory
June 21 vs. Harvard @ Amory
June 28 vs. Princeton @ Danehy 2
All games start at 6pm. If possible, try to get to the field by 5:30 to warm up and take batting practice.
Field addresses: 
Brookline Ave: 575 Brookline Ave., Brookline
Amory: Amory and Freeman Streets, Brookline
Danehy 1 and 2: Field and Fern St., Cambridge
Bring your glove if you have one! If not we'll find one you can share during games. (If you have more than one glove and don't mind sharing please bring them all!) As a reminder, metal cleats are not allowed in this league; plastic spikes are allowed but not required. Most players wear gym shorts and a t-shirt. Feel free to wear school swag or colors. A water bottle is a good idea.
In an effort to reduce spam, please respond directly to me if you are planning to play this Friday. Also, this list has accumulated email addresses for a few seasons, so if you won't be playing softball this season let me know, again directly.
