To stimulate movie consciousness and help sort out the diverse offerings of the annual Oscar competition, Ty Burr, film critic for the Boston Globe and all round movie maven, will highlight an event sure to provoke conversation on all subjects relating to film and the voting patterns of the American and British film industries.
