Enjoy an easy 2 hr hike around historic Walden Pond in Concord. A flat and easy hike for everyone, although no dogs allowed at this site. Join us in exploring the home of famous American author, Henry David Thoreau. It is a stunning place for forest and lake photos!
- Where: 915 Walden St., Concord, MA 01742. Meet inside the front door of the Visitors Center.
- When: Sunday, 19 November @ 11 am (Depart for hike at 11.15 am). Approx. 2 hr hike.
- Parking: Buy a parking pass in advance, online only: either $8 for one day, or a state reservation pass. Please see Walden Pond website for links to buy parking pass.
- How: Bring water and snacks for yourself, warm clothes/jacket, and you may enjoy hiking boots more than tennis shoes.

After the hike, feel free to enjoy the informative park visitors center, or gather for brunch in nearby Concord.
